President She is the face of D2MG, and acts as the main liaison between us as an organisation, and the Sydney hiphop community.
Vice President As VP with a lot of experience in the university hiphop community, Connie makes sure that the team meets deadlines and performs up to standard.
Marketing Director Alan is in charge of making sure that the D2MG brand is intact and does this by finding different avenues to connect people with the wider hiphop community. He's the one who created this sexy website!
Finance Director Andy makes sure D2MG's activities are financially sustainable, keeping in mind the future generations of D2MGers.
Events Director Chareesa is in charge of organising the logistics of all the awesome events that we hold to help foster the hiphop community.
Media Director As the Media Director, Samantha finds ways to communicate information across our different channels effectively. This usually involves coming up with great graphic design.
University Relations Venus is the liaison officer between D2MG and the university community. She makes sure that our operations are in line with the policies and procedures with the universities that we work with.
Secretary As our secretary, Silvia makes sure that everything that is discussed within the team is transparent to everyone. She keeps us organised and accountable for our tasks.
Media Officer As the Media Officer, Jason helps Samantha with media. This involves editing videos from D2MG events among many other things.
Marketing Officer Daniel helps Alan with coordinating marketing activities, including sponsorship and social media communication strategies.

Without our crew leaders, our D2MG crew would not be possible. These guys and girls are responsible for coordinating the D2MG crew, coming up with choreography for performances, and training our crew members.
Our dance teachers are young people who are passionate about street dance. They are dedicated to help you learn concepts and dance moves in a fun, casual way.
As the younger generation of hiphop enthusiasts, it can be challenging to manage an organisation like D2MG, and we can sometimes make mistakes when it comes to getting our facts about hiphop correct. That's why we seek help from mentors and advisors who are much more knowledgeable and experienced in this area. Without the support of the following people, D2MG would not be able to run the way it is today.
The D2MG team are the hardworking people behind the scenes, whose job is to make sure that you stay connected with hiphop culture, and stay in touch with the hiphop community. Our roles range from liaising with dance studios, contacting potential sponsors, maintaining relationships with university bodies to more office administrative roles such as marketing, web maintenance, organising logistics for events and classes, and ensuring the financial sustainability of D2MG.
It sounds like a lot of hard work (and it definitely can be!), but in line with our organisation's values, we always remember to have fun too.
